Product Donation

Have unused, high-quality items laying around? Instead of letting them gather dust, donate them. We build personalized care packages dependent on your generosity. Every item is screened to ensure it restores dignity and poses no risk.

Safe to Donate

Integrity Initiative is determined to create spaces that are welcoming, comfortable, and safe. All items must be unused, in-date, clean, and harmless.

  • Personal Care: Unopened toiletries (soap, pads, cotton wipes, tissues, roll-on/cream deodorant) and gentle, allergen-free skincare.

  • Apparel: Clean socks, underwear, and clothing—ideally new with tags.

  • Comfort Items: Clean soft toys and plushies (ideally with tags), fidget/sensory toys, puzzles, and games.

  • Creative Tools: Books, journals, grounding tools, and non-toxic craft supplies lacking metal, glass, or sharp edges.

  • Financial: Gift cards and vouchers.

Not Safe to Donate

We retain the right to refuse any donation that does not meet clinical safety standards.

  • Physical Hazards: Sharp items, blades, metal, glass, objects capable of shattering, aerosols, and pressurized sprays.

  • Used or Unclean Items: Opened, expired, or used personal care products. Anything visibly worn, damaged, or stained.

  • Clinical Risks: Medications, choking hazards, items with cords, ties, or small detachable parts.

  • Sensory & Content Risks: Scented or allergen-heavy products, weight-loss/dieting focused materials, and overly religious content.

Unsure if an item fits the criteria?

We are still glad to hear from you. Items that don't meet ward safety criteria can often be repurposed for our community events.

Recognition of Lived Experience

The Consumer/Survivor Movement calls for human rights, recognition, and justice for people with lived experience of mental health challenges, psychiatric treatment, and systemic coercion. Integrity Initiative’s work builds on this legacy. It is iterative, and shaped by the advocacy of those who came before us, across this and many intersecting movements

We acknowledge those who fought for a voice, those still navigating oppressive systems, those resisting in ways unseen, and those yet to come. We carry this work forward with a commitment to not only hope for a better future, but to actively challenge the conditions that have caused harm.

Acknowledgement of country

Integrity Initiative acknowledges the traditional custodians of the Boodjar on which we work, the Whadjuk Noongar people. We pay respect to Elders past and present, and extend our appreciation for their custodianship of so-called Australia. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
